These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and skintoto governing your access to and use of the platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Skintoto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending investigation.
Skintoto is required to conduct identity verification as part of our responsible gambling and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, we will request at minimum:

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed and in good standing on the Account. Skintoto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of our AML obligations.
Skintoto does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals for MYR transactions. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees independently of skintoto. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, network transaction fees (gas fees) are deducted from the withdrawal amount and are set by the respective blockchain network, not by skintoto.
In the event of a failed deposit, funds will be returned to the originating payment method within 3 to 5 business days, subject to the policies of your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks or reversal requests initiated by a Player without first contacting skintoto support constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and the referral of the matter to our fraud investigation team.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotions offered by skintoto are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 10x, 15x, or 20x) will be stated clearly on each promotion page prior to opt-in. A Player may not withdraw Bonus Funds or winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Unless otherwise specified, welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an Account on the Platform under any identity are not eligible for new player bonuses. Actions deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging across markets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of promotions through coordinated play — are strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, skintoto reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account.
The skintoto birthday bonus is available to verified Players on an annual basis during their birthday month. The applicable bonus amount is determined by the Player's VIP tier at the time of the claim (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688) and is subject to a standard wagering requirement. Birthday bonuses are non-transferable and will expire if not claimed within the Player's birthday calendar month.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by skintoto. Skintoto reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on erroneous odds, bets that appear to be the result of system errors, or bets placed in a manner that violates these Terms.
All odds and lines displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds or spread applicable to a bet are those displayed at the moment the bet is successfully accepted by the system. Skintoto does not accept liability for any discrepancy between odds displayed prior to placement and the confirmed odds where the player failed to review the bet confirmation screen.
In-play (live) betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL fixtures, are subject to real-time line movements. Once an in-play bet is confirmed, it stands regardless of subsequent market shifts. Skintoto reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during delays in event data receipt.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond the published cut-off period, manifest pricing errors, the occurrence of events that make settlement impossible, or where a market was offered in error. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (even money), effectively returning the stake.
For casino games including slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and poker, the specific rules governing each game are displayed within the game interface and shall apply in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance.

Skintoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform.
A Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid Account closure request, any remaining Real Money balance (subject to KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
